- Transcripts are analysed by Claude accessed through Amazon Bedrock in AWS’s London region, with the account pinned to zero data retention: no request or response is written to durable storage by AWS or shared with Anthropic, and nothing is used for training. Personal identifiers are redacted before analysis by default, and everything we store is encrypted and isolated with row-level security.
